To secure your event date at Pacific BK NYC, a non-refundable deposit is required. This ensures the venue remains reserved exclusively for your event.

Flexible Rescheduling
We recognize that plans can shift. If you need to reschedule, we offer one complimentary rescheduling within 180 days of your original date, subject to availability. Please note, cancellation or change fees may apply depending on vendor arrangements or event customizations.

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority
If your event experience does not meet your expectations due to any venue- or service-related issue, please notify our on-site event coordinator immediately. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Prompt Resolution
We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and professionally. Whether it's setup adjustments, additional services, or partial credits, our team will do what is reasonable to make it right.

No Extra Charges for Resolution
Any adjustments made to enhance your event under this policy will be provided at no additional cost to you.
